7  or lower  after that when losing a life and moving on another stage unless 100 banannas are tallied up start back with the 25 

avoid Dk Barrels

Avoid Kong coins

Neutral Pacifist run with as low of amount on of kills possible in each stage with  some exception made too getting to the bonus areas

No abuse of the check point system

if you've come in contact with a check point immediately punish yourself losing all your lifes automatically making it game over

No use of the saving system

if by exceeding the limit punish self by losing one life

never exceed beyond that ,if you do punish yourself by removing 2/3 lifes (which ever you will consider)  from the start of the level

No kong Coins or if you get any of them than punish yourself  by halving the amount of lifes you have
