The first one is the Phazon Suit from Metroid Prime 1, and the 5th and 8th ones are the Light and Dark Suits from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes!

man the nostalgia is very strong here... but I can't recall the very first device though i'm pretty sure the original gameboy didn't look like that.
